Today, the world is changing and so are the business dynamics. In order to keep pace with the changing business paradigms and thus to develop the survival; growth; and leadership strategies; organizations have no option but to update their human resources and that too, on continuous basis. Thus the managers need to enhance their conceptual knowledge as well as upgrade their managerial skills. With this requirement in mind, IME conducts Management Development Programmes (MDPs) for the Corporate Managers and Executives. The MDPs offered by IME are well researched out and meets the requirements of the targeted audience. These programmes are aimed at to bridge the gaps between the required and the existing skill sets of the managers and thus would sensitize and update their knowledge base. The participants in these programmes are bound to benefit as the methodology chosen is case methods; projects; role plays; simulation games; and above all learning by participation with  the faculty and  with other participants in the group.
